Here is how it works:
Buy the unit today (Orders using the ShopPay 4 Easy payments is excluded from this offer)
Set it up in your home.
Save the box, user manual, and ALL accessories that come with it in case you do decide to return it.
When you decide you love the unit then keep it and enjoy many years of breathing clean air.
Remember, our units come with a lifetime warranty as long as you register your unit on our site.
Please clean the pre-filter every 1-3 months (as needed) to extend the life of the HEPA filter.
If for some reason, you decide within the first 60 days that you do not love the unit then contact us for your refund.
We will email you a return label(s).
Repackage all the return items in their original box, apply the return label and have them shipped back to us.
Once we receive the return package and are able to verify all items have successfully been returned we will process your refund. This usually is complete within 7 days. Unless there are missing items and we have to contact you.

Does NOT apply to any Purafide products purchased on any other 3rd party sites or purchases using the payment offers. Any additional filters purchased, that has been removed from the original sealed packages can not be returned or refunded.
Purafide will happily accept returns if you would like to return your unit within 60 days of receipt of the order. Purafide requests that goods be returned to us in original packaging & good condition.

Your return label will be processed within 3 working days of receiving your request and you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
