Purafide will happily accept returns if you would like to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt of the order. For Purafide Bamboo products, all goods must be returned to us in original packaging unopened. We are not able to accept returned merchandise that has been opened.
We accept returns on air purifier units within 30 days. However, if the unit filter(s) are opened, they can not be returned or refunded. This is due to EPA laws.
