Purafide will happily accept returns if you would like to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt of the order. For Purafide Bamboo products, all goods must be returned to us in original packaging, unopened. We are not able to accept returned merchandise that has been opened. This is for health reasons.

Once the claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(b) a replacement item will be sent to you (if stock is available)
