Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Purafide. Please fill in the following information to register your product for our Lifetime Promise in the United States.

Our one year warranty applies to Air Purifiers purchased directly from us, from our website or any other Marketplace like Amazon. If you purchased the units from someone else, then that is not covered as we do not have authorized sellers or dealer. It is fairly simple, if the unit comes broken when you open it, that is a simple return and exchange.

If you experience a power surge that creates a defect like; stops powering on, the motor stops, control panel does not work; we are very sorry that these issues are not covered as a manufacture defect. We have no control over these type issues.

If you break the unit, use it improperly, have a power surge that damages the unit, then these are not covered as they were not defects from the manufacturing of the unit.

Terms Of Warranty

  • Purafide Warranty covers any manufacture defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
  • Our Warranty will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship from the factory.
  • Our Warranty does not cover any problems that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage from improper use or incorrect maintenance. If you drop it and it breaks, that is not a manufacture defect. If you do not clean the unit, the sensors, the filters (clean and replace as needed) on a regular basis then malfunctions of the unit may not be covered.
  • Our warranty covers the Air Purifier Units only. Filters that have been removed from the plastic packing are not covered.
  • Panels, Plug Adapters & UV Bulbs are covered under warranty when the unit is first opened. There is no warranty on these consumables after 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To obtain warranty service, please write to us on support@purafide.com. We will get back to you with the most appropriate solution.
  • Our Warranty covers customers located within the United States. We are unable to offer warranty outside the USA.
  • The XP150 unit does not have a serial number, in this case type in the field "XP150-"then your last name. If you are registering more than one unit, use your last name with "1" or "2" and so on for each unit.
